This book is a must-have for any parent or caregiver looking to teach children about body ownership, respect, feelings, choices and recognizing bullying behaviors. It’s incredibly well-written and tackles such an important topic in a way that is easy for kids to understand.

As a mom of two young boys, I was struggling with how to have these conversations with them. But this book made it so much easier!
